What will my insurance cover?
We will bill your insurance as a courtesy to you. You will be responsible for your co-pay and/or co-insurance and any deductibles. It is always best to contact your insurance provider before you receive services.
NOTE: Some insurances do not require a physician’s order to cover your treatments. Please call us and we can check on this for you. Our number is 844-425-3303.
What insurance plans do you accept?
As a courtesy, our business office will file directly with your insurance company. However, many insurance plans require you to satisfy your deductible, a copay, and/or a co-insurance as part of your coverage. Our office staff will verify insurance coverage for your treatment and discuss any financial obligation that exists. If any questions arise, our staff is available to provide assistance. If you have a question about whether your insurance is covered at McCook Therapy, please call and our staff will be happy to verify coverage. Our number is 605-425-3303.
