– Daily Living/Functional mobility Retraining (Bathing, Dressing, etc.)
– Cervical and Upper Extremity Injury or Dysfunction
– Psycho-Social and Cognitive function/Dementia Care Certification
– Visual Assess/Retraining
– Sensory Processing
– Neuro-Developmental Rehab/ Parkinson’s Certification
A referral is typically not required for most insurance plans
